I have been going to this car wash for a while now and have always been impressed with the service and the detail they put into my car. They always make sure all the crumbsare vacuumed (I have two young children). These guys do a reat job and take pride in getting my car clean.
So I went this morning and as usual there were issues at the machine, the gate would not open. Then to add insult to injury a tan Lexus cuts the line in front of the paying customers and when I tell you this guy was on a mission and probably would have rammed my car if I did not back off, real courteous kind of guy for sure. Upgrading a dated review. Very happy that the management brought back the vacuums - a major feature that held them over the competition.
Best car wash on Long Island hand down. Five Star has this new brush technology to clean your rims. The service is excellent.
I have been coming here for years and it was a great car wash years ago and still is to this day. The new unlimited monthly car wash pass is my favorite add on and the free "Members Only" vacuum, also unlimited. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the managers are very helpful if you ever have a problem. Any questions you have stop in and ask, they also do full detail work.
Would like the vacuums back..paid for the monthly plan (vacuums were part of the deal)...would like all sides of my vehicle sprayed before entering the car wash..
