Stopped in at 5 Star on a whim one day. I now have their monthly account and couldn't be happier. The guys that work there are always friendly and pleasant. I have 2 '16 Explorers and tend to be real picky about keeping them clean and 5 Star does a great job with that!

There have been a few occasions where i went through the car wash and wasn't given triple foam, protectant, rainex, or tire shine. I pay 25$ a month for it. If I wanted the basic wash I would've chosen that package instead of the super wash. I would hope that this doesn't continue or I may have to cancel my monthly membership.
I like the new setup. I use the monthly plan and get the exterior washed every week. I do the interior once a month and it costs me the same as when I would wash once a month. Most of the guys do a great job on the cleaning. Rarely do I need to ask them to touch something up. If I do the will always do it with our hesitation. I've been coming here for the better part of 15 years and it's still my favorite.
