Great deals – Although we had a problem with our original deal at 5 Star Autoplex, Our sales associate worked with us and was able to straighten things out. I was able to walk away with the gas saving Scion! I would consider buying another vehicle from 5 Star Autoplex in the future.

Worst dealer ever! – THE WORST DEALER. I called them about a car they had advertised. They said it was available, so I drive 50 miles to their dealer. When I get there they said it was out for the day. I give them another chance and call during the day. They said it was at the shop and they would have it ready. I get there and it wasn't. They ask me if i saw it online, I said yes, and they said " well that's what it looks like" then proceeded to ask me to fill out a credit app. AVOID this company at all costs. Great sales representative – I would like to thank my sales rep Kalvin who did a wonderful job of taking the time to explain my contract, answer all the questions asked no matter what it was and for making that I was given some of the best customer service I have in a long time.
Excellent service – I bought my Cadillac SRX from my brother Major at 5 Star Autoplex and I recommend them to everyone I know for excellent service.
