WORST Property Management company I have ever used. They lie, steal from you and cheat you and the tenants. It took them over a year to get a property rent ready and rented. After paying them over $60,000 to repair and get rent ready after they finally evicted a tenant that had not paid rent in a year. the city came back with a 2 page list of violations.
