David is truly amazing! During the tour, he answered all our questions - we were impressed with all the “extras” and fell in love with the complex on the spot!! And during the application process, David was so helpful and attentive. Even though I called him numerous times with questions, he remained patient and just made everything as stress-free as possible! So happy with our apartment - it’s just perfect! Thank you, David - you are definitely appreciated!
Just moved from 5 Points after living there a year. I had an apartment with a balcony that faced east so I could watch the Sun come up. I had a bonus of watching fireworks from my place on the 4th of July and New Year's. I had friendly neighbors and definitely enjoyed the espresso machine in the lobby. The staff... I lived here for 14 months and had a wonderful experience. The property manager Alan, leasing manager Jasmine, and concierge David are all fabulous!!!! Professional, kind, helpful, and just good environment. Lovely place to live honestly. Apartment, community, and maintenance staff really are 10/10 for location and pricing. I only left because work relocated me, but I would live there again if I move back to TN!
David assisted us during two visits, many questions and our move in! He was friendly, efficient and always accommodating to our schedule. We are so excited about our new apartment and our experience at 5 Points. Highly recommend David and 5 Points if looking to move to the Northshore area.
