I moved to 5 Points Northshore genuinely excited about living here and loving Chattanooga. My experience since moving in has been miserable. In the roughly three months I've lived here, the garage door was broken for about a month, and the main lobby elevator has been unusable for roughly two of those three months—and it is still down as I write this. I called to inquire about leasing a place and was very happy with David Allen's service. He was prompt, careful and courteous to me. I was worried when I called but he calmed my fears. Excellent place!
Everything used to be great but in the past few days I’ve been feeling like I live in a place completely infested with roaches, as soon as I open the door to the hallway there are dead/squeezed roaches on the ground, this morning I walked to the kitchen barefooted and I squeezed a roach with my own toes, and just about 20 minutes ago as I was trying to go to sleep a roach fell on top of me from the ceiling! I have loved living at 5 Points and truly appreciate the friendly staff, great pool, gym, valet trash, and secure package delivery. However, the building charges a luxury premium while failing to maintain basic security and infrastructure. The garage door has been completely broken since May/June, allowing anyone from the public full access to the garage and residential floors.
