We are moving from Orlando to Chattanooga and 5 points north shore was our first stop. We need an apartment as our house is still for sale. From our first communication with Jasmine we knew we found the right spot. She was very friendly and extremely helpful and made the process so easy. She is a great ambassador for 5 points.
We moved in two weeks ago. From the time we started looking at apartments in December working with Jasmine and since moving in and meeting all of the other wonderful employees like Allan, David Allen, Bonnie, Branson and Kyle we have had nothing but a great experience at these apartments. The secure garage is fantastic, gym, business center and pool terrific. Even the bike storage and pet spa are top notch. We look forward to meeting more people and settling in at 5 Points Northshore. Jasmine was fantastic to work with in helping us with our apartment. We were making our plans with her while we were in Spain and she made the process so easy for us from start to finish. What a great experience it was. She is the best and has gone out of her way to make us feel welcome.
So far, so good! Jasmine has been amazing from day one. It might not seem like a big deal, but having a smooth and seamless moving process is both much needed and incredibly underrated. I’m sure I’ll be back with even more positive reviews.
