Arianne is a great worker amazing communication and a very dedicated girl , quick also I’ll bring my business to her any day.
The customer service was excellent. Although it was an hour wait it was well worth it. Will be returning again.
My experience is one of delay. 5 mins oil change is a misnomer. After waiting in line the lady next to me went ahead. She left before I got in the bay. When I got there they told me I had to wait some more. Finally they got to my car. The guy was inexperienced. He didn't know how to react to a car having a engine cover. I told him how to remove it. If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars because the service at this place is terrible. When I arrived, they took a long time to assist me, and when they finally did, it was only to tell me that it would take 30 more minutes. I decided to wait, and what do you think? It was an hour, and the oil change took 30 minutes. So, to do an oil change, I wasted an hour and thirty minutes.
Sat at the location for 2 hours waiting for a oil change then pulled in sat and additional 30 minutes for tech to tell me they don't have the oil filter for my chevy silverado and they haven't had one for over 3 days will never again use any take 5 anywhere
