On 9 September 2024 I spoke to Jared to get a quote for a front break pads replacement on my 2014 Lexus ES 350. I had my break pads. All I need was the cost of labor. Jared quoted me a price of $160 dollars. When I went to pick up my car, he said he quoted me a price of $185 dollars. I know what I heard. $160 does not sound like $185. Dispite me knowing I was right, I paid the $185.
