On 9 September 2024 I spoke to Jared to get a quote for a front break pads replacement on my 2014 Lexus ES 350. I had my break pads. All I need was the cost of labor. Jared quoted me a price of $160 dollars. When I went to pick up my car, he said he quoted me a price of $185 dollars. I know what I heard. $160 does not sound like $185. Dispite me knowing I was right, I paid the $185. was told to "come by tomorrow at 8am and we'll get you squared away" Waited for 2.5 hrs and finally had enough. Why do you make it sound like it will be quick then make you wait so long once you get there???? NEVER again!
My car broke down on a recent trip from DC to Florida and triple AAA towed me to Gerald's. They were amazing!!! It was a really scary experience breaking down on the hwy as it was getting dark in an unfamiliar area, just me and my dog, and they were able to fit me in before they closed so I didn't have to get a hotel there for the night, gave me an exact quote (with different options) beforehand and everyone was just so sweet to both me and my dog who was very nervous after the whole ordeal.
