After over 15 years as a customer in good standing, 5 Alarms chose to deceive rather than continue our relationship. When they installed new key pads in several of our faicilities, they had the technician produce a work order that included in tiny print, a 5 year contract with automatic renewal, along with job costs. Great Company – 5 Alarms recently did some work for my company and I am very impressed with both the people at their office and technicians. The lady at the office was very helpful as well as the salesman. The two technicians, both only 17 and 19, did a very nice job with the installation and handling themselves with my employees. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good value and reliable equipment as well as friendly people to do business with.

Better get what you need from 5-Alarms before giving them your check, you won't hear back after that! – I've used 5-alarms for over 10 years. They installed systems at my former and current house. The equipment they use is good, no issues with that. Their service technicians are knowledge and do a good job. The people that handle the alarm-related calls (such as no power in the house, door opened, etc) are courteous, respond timely, and genuinely try to help. However, their sales / management are poor.
