Ordered a part that was expensive enough for a deposit over the phone. Explained when and why I needed it. Guys said they had it covered come pick it up the next day(Friday). Come in to get it and someone messed up and now have to come back again on Monday. Left work early to get there before 6 and I will need to leave work early again to come pick it up. Not only that now I can’t ride this weekend. All they offered was a refund. Cool.
Crazy experience with them over promising and under delivering. I dropped my vehicle off the night before and was told that it would be ready the next day by 12 noon. I arranged a ride to work so that I could ride my bicycle to their shop and pick up my truck after work. I had tried to get a hold of them several times to confirm the work was completed, but was unsuccessful. When I got there, It was obvious they were super busy and my truck wasn’t done yet. STAY AWAY - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I tried to obtain a quote - I sent several emails, including calling several times - either they don't answer and when I did get thru, I was told a manager would call me back, which never happened. With this kind of service, I found another shop. Obviously, not a shop you should work with.
good luck trying to get anyone to answer their phones!!! and the website is crap...revolving door!!!
