The provider my husband saw today was extremely lazy. Slouched in his chair, seemed bored when talking to my husband, did not help my husband at all during the appointment and told him to just have a follow up with his PCM when he was available. Then proceeded to say that assigning him to an MEB was inconvenient for the staff and a waste of time and that he didn't need to take his medicine if he didn't want to. Thing is, my husband may not want to take his medicine, but he needs it. All in all, horrible service.

At first I was not too crazy about the folks at the 4th medical group, but they proved me wrong. Dr. Cummins is the sweet and actually cares. She got me the help that I needed the same day as my appointment. The immunization office is really good. I did not feel my shot! And I have always get good service from the pharmacy. I

I want to send out a heart felt thank you to the techs in the lab at Seymour Johnson AFB! Today my two y/o had to have blood drawn and it was a difficult task. Due to her tiny veins, they had to stick her 4 times and each time they were wonderful in distracting her. They sang to her and played her favorite songs from their phones. My baby didn't cry once! Awesome, awesome, awesome staff!!!! Thank you so much!
