I have lived in Pickett Place in Garland for 40 years,I grew up there and now reside there with my daughter. In the last couple of years 4 Sight Property management has taken over as the management company for the HOA. Since they have taken over, our HOA dues have been doubled almost tripled from the original amount we paid. This company is terrible they are crooks; they do not allow fair HOA elections for the board of directors. They discriminate against the elderly and non-English speaking residents in our community. They have raised our dues almost triple what we were originally paying. They have been recorded saying that if they wanted to, they would raise our dues insanely high, that they were in our community to make money. Good Morning I took some time to think about this before I decided to write a Review. This company has to be the worst Property Management company out there. I have had the sad experience of contacting their office on an HOA matter and as a Veteran the way I was treated hurt me to my Core. So unprofessional, but when they are met with the same energy they get offended, it goes both ways just get the job done and there won’t be no complaining, they received the $25 on June 22nd and still waiting to get my key fob reinstated. Just get the job done that’s why you are there for not doing me a favor for money my fellow neighbors and I pay every year with additional fees added.
They put leasing restrictions in place in Robinson Ridge in Little Elm - without a homeowner vote. Requiring paperwork, background checks on tenants, with fees to submit paperwork! It will make selling or renting harder... they are also currently limiting leased properties to 30% of units... but what's to keep them from further reducing to 20 or 15% as time goes by. They need to be stopped, these leasing restrictions are not right!
This company is awful. They came into our HOA and implemented all kinds of new rules and restrictions targeting renters and landlords. Pretty sure some of it is illegal. If you are an HOA, do NOT hire them.
