Worst management you could rent from, not sure how they manage to still be in business. They will absolutely scam you, they never returned my security deposit, not even an itemized statement, basically got ghosted after I move-out. I am taking this pathetic company to small claims court and will come back to this review and post all information on how to do so, so anyone who need to deal with them can sue them.
1. They literally NEVER answer phone calls, texts or emails. Google their best contact info or use AppFolio, they still won’t work. 2. Moved out and they still say I owe money and it’s accumulating late fees. 3. They haven’t returned my security deposit. 4. Tenants stole my property and suddenly nobody speaks English. 5. Same issues as everyone else. It's been months since I moved out and they still have not returned my security deposit. I've sent them a warning about taking them to court, but no answer. Also during my time at 602 S Dunsmuir there was an awful roach problem and they refused to take care of it so I had to spend my own money on an exterminator. They also would take weeks to fix things like a broken kitchen sink AND no power. Literally. I had no power in my kitchen for a week, all my food went bad.
Moved out of a site under this management company a month ago. During my tenancy, the property manager was difficult to get ahold of when needed. Beware of renting at properties under this shady management company. I left the unit in sparkling clean condition and sent photos to the property manager upon moving out. The property manager Maritza said to allow up to 3 weeks to receive my security deposit at my new address. A month later, I still haven't received it.
