Moved out of a site under this management company a month ago. During my tenancy, the property manager was difficult to get ahold of when needed. Beware of renting at properties under this shady management company. I left the unit in sparkling clean condition and sent photos to the property manager upon moving out. Been a resident since Feb 2025. The good: * Well maintained ( building manager keeps everything clean) * Online portal to pay rent and submit maintenance request The bad: * Not easy to get hold of management company ( phone calls and emails not answered always) * Maintenance is slow (3 weeks is longest I had to wait before a technician would come and check why fridge is not working) * Mandatory extra fees for online rent payment through portal The ugly: * None so far..but most reviews say they don't return deposit..I will kn... read more
4R property management ran the same game on me. Maritza Perez was very communicative during the move out. Friendly emails assure you it’s all legit. Three weeks later she doesn’t return the deposit and I can’t contact anyone at the company anymore . the phone records and email have disappeared. The address listed here on Google maps is not even their legal address. SCAMMERS! My unit was perfectly cleaned, a new tenant has already rented it, they have no reason to steal my deposit ! I Will take them To small claims court !
Also experiencing the same situation! Moved out July 31st, and still have not received any response to my emails or certified demand letter. I will also be looking into small claims court. They were very responsive when I was coordinating my move out, but silent when it came to returning my security deposit. UPDATE: I went to small claims court and was able to get 2x my security deposit back.
