All I did was ask why your hours didn't match what was posted on your website or your front door. If you would have been kind, I would have changed/deleted the reviews and gave your business a try. Your business hours are until 7:30. Why were you closed at 5pm on a Wednesday when your online hours state otherwise? Plus, your front door even says you close at 7:30 during the week.

WORST salon I’ve ever been to. An older gentleman did my nails, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and it turned out NOTHING like the photo. I asked for a coffin shape and he started doing almond shape. I told him I wanted them short and we went through about 4 separate rounds of trimming down before I finally said it’s fine (they weren’t), they were still too long. He filed most of the nails on a diagonal with SHARP edges so I had to go home and continue filing them down to get them shorter and even. My left hand nails... read more
