horrible business people, horrible communication. They only care about profit and how cheap they can build a house by cutting every corner. They do not have the customers safety in mind when building. My story is long and horrific, all i can say is that there are several other respectable home builders out there that will value your business and the relationship when building and buying a new home. Their homes are not high quality. Not even good quality. Their workers spilled a large anlmount of oil in the street near us, and their construction managers response was "can you prove we did it". Really???
I like my floorplan but the building process was stressful due to increased costs and overall poor quality. We've been living in this house only 3 years and our furnace has already failed and our roof is leaking. Something of course 4Corners won't fix. Never building with them again. They also rebranded and are now called NU Homes
