I contacted Lannan Mazda in Lowell about a certified preowned vehicle that they had on their lot. Between the salesperson and myself, we made arrangements to come down and test drive that vehicle. Our last contact was in Friday and I was to test drive in Monday. Upon arriving, we were told that the person we were supposed to ask for was too busy to come check in with us and then that the vehicle in question was sold on Friday. My husband and I scheduled an appointment with this dealership to look at a used Honda Fit. The salesperson, Pierre, was pleasant to work with and overall we had a great customer experience. The car was waiting for us right out front when we arrived, we test drove it, asked questions, and negotiated on price. Ultimately we did not buy the car because we could not get it for the price we wanted, but we had an amicable experience and would recommend this dealer based on their courtesy.
Always a great experience with the Service department. I had what turned out to be small issue yesterday and had my car towed there. I called this morning and they took it in right away. Paul D. is great and always willing to help me. I have 2 CX-5s so I am there a bit more frequently for service. Shuttle service bailed me out today as well. Keep up the great job!
On 2 occasions, I have had to bring my car for service to @[353048817915:Lannan Mazda]. Both times, I have found their incredible level of customer service to be a breath of fresh air. From a simple fuse replacement on my car (that they decided to not charge us for), to an alternator/battery check up, I have felt very taken care of. They are so quick to call you back when buying the car, but can't get a manager to call me when I have an issue.
I Bought my mazda3 from Lannan. This is my first Mazda and I love it. I have always serviced my vehicles with the dealer I bought them from. of all the dealers I have been to their service department is the best. I worked with Paul who kept me up to date and informed of the work. When there was some confusion about a recall I was amazed with the owner Alex came and gave me a clear explanation. They were helpful!
Bryce Hanson helped me all the way. I contacted him in October letting him know that my plan was to buy in December. Bryce was patient enough and never push me to seal the deal earlier nor he forgot about me. The dealership is great, the process was very nice and smooth. Recommend it 100% specially if Bryce is your salesman.
