Super upset with the horrible customer service this dealership provided. Marty was very helpful and asked for me to come down to test drive a car I inquired about, he asked me at 6:30pm. My husband called and spoke to Pierre to ensure the car was cleaned off to make the process easier when we got there and Pierre told us it was too late to go to the dealership ( I live 10 minutes away ). We leased a Mazda at Lannan and the personnel was very nice and helpful, straight to the point. We were really happy we found them. But a month later, we received a letter from Mazda asking to pay for extra mileage on the vehicle we previously leased and gave back to Lannan. I just bought my first Mazda, a Mazda6. Lannan was a dealer I felt comfortable and invited into. I’d recommend this dealer to anyone if you want a car buying experience that will meet your needs and not their own.
We had a five star experience working with Blaine to buy 2 brand new Mazda CX-5's.
