I was outside for over 30 mins is the blazing sun trying to get in for the open house. No one answered the phone and when I finally got in I seen it was only one person doing the showing. Very unprofessional very sloppy very organized
I was supposed to have a tour today at noon with someone named Shanaya the number she gave me went to voice mail as an automated mailbox. Quite literally the worst experience I’ve had while looking for an apartment. Trash all around the building along with homeless people in front of the building. Honestly so happy I didn’t lease here.
Check yelp for the honest reviews regarding this erratic landlord. He harasses neighbors and young children, this is pictures of him yelling at a 5 year old and following them home pointing at them while they are playing on the porch.
Been here since November 2025....Alot of improvement in and around this building.
The leasing manager for such an amazing person. It felt like she just got everything I explained to her. She has so much emotional intelligence. I could’ve cried in the office but she understands what it’s like to face things and work with me. This type of manager makes me want to stay forever. The building is a nice place to live unit w105
