This is the worst place to rent storage from. Very unprofessional. I called to get my balanced owed and was quoted incorrectly. I was told I owed more than I had. Once I proved that I did in fact already made that months payment Tammy became very rude and even hung up on me. When I tried to call back she picked up and disconnected immediately. Customer service isn't there. You bitch at customers for starting a load at 7:40. It takes 34 mins to wash and 18 mins to dry and you close at 9. Do the math. that is plenty of time before you even close to get it done and out . If you don't want customers past 730 then change ur closing hours to 730 pm and not 9pm . I was baffeled at the lack of customer service and how argumentivite she was with not only me but another customer .
