The manager is a rude and lazy person. Refuses to do something as simple as getting my internet technician into the telecom room to set up service. If you don't want to have a terrible experience with a property manager, don't come here. Terrible experience

The experience I had with the property manager was bad. Hopefully someone who is more willing to help will work here instead.

I'm not much of a reviewer but I thought I'd add an update to this building seeing as most reviews are old. The building is currently being run by Metropolitan management which I have yet to really deal with. All my interactions thus far other than the lease itself has been through the property manager Breanne. She's been helpful throughout the process and responsive to both a problem we had regarding loud neighbors and with getting a technician out to look into our luke warm shower. Rotating wheel of property managers at this place - “Shanta”(the third property manager since I’ve been here in less than a year) the current property manager can’t be reached because her “voicemail is full.” Landscapers come and wake up the entire property at 7am and noxious fumes from their tree cutting machines poison the air in my near $2000 a month apartment - a simple warning or email would had been nice to warn tenants about loud and noxious landscapers.
