Has a rooftop top pool. Needs more pool loungers. Lots of broken umbrellas that have NOT BEEN replaced. This should've been addressed in the winter months. I'd love to see more caring for guests. Especially the senior clientele.
Constant elevator problems. Getting up and down is a hassle
Great location. Very spacious apartments. So many wonderful amenities. (Rooftop pool, animal grooming room, gym, yoga room, tennis court, and more!) Very friendly staff. I have lived at 4701 for almost 3 years. I have two kids and this has been the perfect location with all of the nearby parks and woodsy paths, not to mention the it is in district for one of the top elementary schools in the state. Constant stream of problems. Leaks, broken elevators, water shutoffs just to mention a few.
