RecommendedIt’s a nice place to live. Everyone is friendly, it’s gated, and maintenance is quick. Plenty of parking.Down fall is the trash room will get full of trash, literally trash piled up 5 feet high for days, I see it all the time because I live across from one, so I have pay I believe over $30 a month for valet trash but rather take it out myself because I don’t want trash sitting at my front door. I would never want anyone to go through what we’ve gone through in this lease. We’ve had insane amount of bugs, TWO floodings within 7 months, and now black mold in our apartment and 45eighty wants us to pay to get out of our lease when this is home isn’t even livable. My roommate and I are paying 1400 a month to not sleep there, and get treated like jokes. Awful awful awful experience.
This is a nice, quiet neighborhood. The location is very convenient, being close to 285, Perimeter area and Brook Run Park. The biggest issue is that work orders aren't always done in a timely manner.
