Steven: Was a bit surprised and disappointed, for the first time, by my appointment on Friday am. I shared with Sarah that my back, upper left tooth has been hurting, especially when I chew almonds, which I do daily at work. She had me bite down on a few things while taking x-rays and after looking at the images commented she didn't really see anything, but there was no follow-through on what to do about my pain. I always feel welcomed and well taken care of when I come in, from the receptionist's greeting on. The dental hygienists/assistants are personable, thoughtful, and thorough. Dr. Schneider always takes the time to explain exactly what he's doing and why so I feel confident in the work I'm having done. An outstanding team!
