I've been to the 910 Camp Road location and am now at the Colony location. It doesn't matter which one you go to. The providers (I've seen John and Tara)and staff (Markayla)as an example, are fantastic. We are in The Villages for 5 months and haven't had or needed a primary physician. Viza Vee has been so wonderful. They listen attentively, make sure tests are performed in a timely fashion and exchanging information with my care providers in Michigan that I have signed with them as our Primary Care office! Room I was sent to had little bugs (ants, I think) on floor and wall. They go by first names so I had no idea who was treating me. Will not return.
I went in after falling and hitting my head. I was seen in a very timely manner, and then sent down the street to Lake Medical Imaging for a brain CT. The NP called me while I was at Lake Medical ant instructed me to go immediately to ER. I had a subarachnoid hemorrhage. I can't thank her enough for her quick assessment.
To John Santos & Michael Soto: Id like to say a few words about my experience at Colony Plaza Urgent Care. Under the care of Jeff Chajulall for four necessary visits I am completely cured. His professionalism is unquestionable. His patient care is excellent. Thru my entire process he explained every step as he was working on my problem. Went in with a sinus infection. Was seen promptly. NP did a quick assessment and listened to my history! Was out quickly and feeling better already!
