The lease agreement provided by this property is written in a blatant attempt to circumvent MN Statute 504B.116. Instead of rent per month, they articulate it as "installment payments" to get around having to prorate rent for the move-in and move-out months. The leasing staff is extremely rude, and my experience has been very disappointing. The current team is unhelpful and unwilling to negotiate, particularly Aresama Dadi. Discussing concerns or making reasonable requests often feels like talking to a wall. There appears to be a significant lack of customer service, communication, and relationship-management skills. I want to give 0 star but I can't so I give 1 star I guess. Horrible leasing team. Impossible to communicate. I called them 15 times and they didn't even get back to me. They don't do anything for the lease and wait until the last minute although they don't have anything else to do but sitting in the office and eating chips. If you don't mind waiting to hear back from them for weeks about crucial information, go for it

This property is here to steal money and not help! Their policy sucks no ethics. My gf missed only one payment and it was also their system fault and still charged her for 7days late payment. Not recommended doing business with this kind of people specially if you are a student.
