The apartment is clean and comfortable, but the bathroom in my unit had multiple maintenance issues since day 1.
Maintenance always comes through when we need them! Shout out to the ETM and Maintenance crew for their service hard work!
I just moved in. I’ve lived in the campus area for many years, and 44N offered a great promotion this year. The office team is wonderful—Jenny, in particular, is very kind, helpful, and thoughtful. She understood my needs and helped me find a great floor plan. The furniture is a bit dated, but that’s expected since the building is over 10 years old. The dryer wasn’t working when I moved in, but I’ve submitted a work order and hopefully will get a replacement soon ☺️.
