This property is here to steal money and not help! Their policy sucks no ethics. My gf missed only one payment and it was also their system fault and still charged her for 7days late payment. Not recommended doing business with this kind of people specially if you are a student.
WIFI is unusable. Management does nothing but shift blame.
The better rooms ran out very fast, for example I booked in early July there is no south facing rooms. My room is ok I was a little worried before move-in reading some reviews. Be aware WiFi provider company this year isn’t ideal, luckily our room happens to have an Ethernet. I plugged in my own router so far connection is stable. Maintenance is fast considering this is not a new building. Update: unfortunately I never able to connect to my room WiFi.
