DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! There internet is awful. People all over the complex have complained the whole year with no fix in sight. They blame Granite for all the problems and never seem to have a timeline for a fix.
One of the best places to stay near campus. Excellent rooms, well furnished, quick maintenance and have pretty decent community events as well.
Building 3 at 44 North is a total minefield—internet speeds become wildly unstable at night, sometimes dropping to zero with no connection. The front desk keeps passing the buck, blaming Granite Network and didn’t solve any problem.
One of their leasing consultants shared residents’ confidential information outside of the office and after providing proof of that to management, they said they’ll “talk to her” while she was allowed to work until her last day and then continue to work for another property under the same company.
