The vehicle was in worst condition from what the dealer had said. The dealer did not mention all the things wrong with the vehicle. There was a major exhaust leak.
Very good customer service.
Car was not as advertised tires were bad and they not on there game. The car had a problem in the front end and the tire light keeps coming on that think they should have fixed. I had pre approved financing and they pretended they had no knowledge of that after telling me on the phone all the details. Was there over 3 hours until I questioned them again after finding the message that I was approved and the number of the guy they suddenly found the deal on the computer. Not good I drove over 30 miles for them not to do no kind of deal like they said on the phone.completely dissatisfied
The dealer responded very fast to my car inquiry. They were very nice, answered all my questions, very professional.
exceptional follow up form dealer. esp as they are in Kentucky and I am in Texas. they never hesitated to provide pictures , video or direct contact.
Never answered email regarding 2001 corvette. Finally sent email thanking for inquiry but no mention of corvette.

Seemed to be upfront/honest guys...only criticism I would have is I really expected a better negotiation for an actual CASH deal...no haggling room. Seemed fair enough price for car with as little miles as it had from research...
