A simple phone call would be lovely, especially when you have a senior citizen in your house hold. Really messed up people.
I never get a notification in advace for disconetion. I read about the 24 hr notification but i never found me, no email, no letter, not note at my door either. In addition always have problem with the water quality. The company is good for disconetion but very bad in give good water quallity
Constant water issues throughout the years. Days without water. We are probably going to move before the house values lower because of 439.
