43 North has been a wonderful place to live for the past 5 years. The maintenance department is bar none the BEST !!! Luke and Maurie are absolutely amazing with quick response time!! It is a beautiful property, safe, and located close to everything!!!!!
Working with Cindy and Isaac was amazing. From the jump Cindy provided me videos and pictures of the unit since I was unable to tour. Maintenance team was also amazing. My work orders would be done within that day I places them. Highly recommend living here! Close by the lakeshore and local businesses as well!
The maintenance team are great. And this year in particular the snow removal is very timely and they are shoveling the short walk to my porch. This is very, very important to a senior with mobility issues!
It’s a nice place, the people that work here is wonderful. It’s close to down town grand haven. It’s close to the water and beach.

They offer a variety of floor plans, they have a great pool and recreation area, and the complex is pet friendly. The people who run the place are great!
