I've been here for 8 years, and it's been wonderful with management team. From Julie (2015) to Brittany (2024). The maintenence workers were always proactive when placing a work order. You do deal with unwanted but cute neighbors (stray cats/kittens) who attempt to damage things if you're not observant on your lower patios. Management will come out there way to assist since animal control won't necessarily help in some cases which was another reason I loved being at 4200! with reluctance I have to downgrade my stars for this place 2 stars now. updated 11-3 the place is pretty nice & quiet & the maintenance staff are great. they fix things that or the next day, but some things just can't be over looked. the elevator closest to my apartment has been broken more than it works. a person in their 70's with an arthritic back, having to walk up & down 3 flights with groceries, laundry & such should not be greeted with, "the part is on order", or "you walk down to the other elevators", which back & f... read more
This is the worse property when it comes to making on time payments they never took the money end expected me to pay late fees when they never took the payments the last late fee sat I'm my account and they were trying to take more then what was needed, they needed 1496.64 and in my account I set a side 1497.64 I told wells fargo to not let it go over cause I had about 1500 in there they tried charging my full account and told me I need to call wells fargo cause I had insufficient funds and that i needed to have 1517 by the ... read more
