My update of 4200 paradise... it's been 20 months & the hot tub still goes unrepaired. ( lots of excuses ) People still leave their trash outside their doors so you get to see what people are too lazy to take to the trash. & MOST of all if you LOVE the smell of PISS as you navigate the hallway to your apartment, then you will LOVE this place! I have asked several several times what can be done about a strong smell of PISS up & down the hallway! It's disgusting and the fact it has taken almost 2 years to address this problem ... read more

READ THE REVIEWS!!!! The front office is begging for good reviews lately for a reason, so DO NOT take these recent 5 star reviews at face value. You will regret moving here, read a few reviews down, the Xayviere guy pretty much hit EVERYTHING right on the head, it’s ALL true and I just found out recently. This place is horrible!
4200 apartments complex is a nice place to live I recommended the nicest ladies in the front office, maintenance are always respectful and efficient. They have resident activities and security who does there job keeping all of us feeling safe.
Today and last week the 4200 property presented the community with a “ Toast Bar “ and “Ice Cream & Toppings Day “ . It was super super cute, super elegant super clean and well put together for an amazing events . I’m very pleased on how this property goes about the little events they have and throw to show they appreciate and care for their residence . 🤍
