Water smells and filled with balck rubber particles. Building won't fix. AVOID 4200 Paradise at all costs. Won't reply to emails. Show up for work orders and just run the water until theres minimal black particles and say it's fixed. EDIT: Mel, you know it's not fixed. Reply to any of my dozens of emails you ignore. Stop publicly claiming it's fixed!

Man I got. I choice but to live here avoid avoid avoid they ain’t never got no hot water especially after the office closed and your just screwed till the office opens again and that’s if they fix it that day you might have to wait 2/3 days then it works for a day or two then you back to cold water and if it does get hot it only last 3 mins not even five I know cause I timed it I’ve never been able to fill up my tub with hot water for a hot bath with out the water getting cold and the tub don’t even be half way full then eve... read more
I feel very safe here, despite being on the 1st floor, the maintenance and office staff are wonderful and have gone out of their way for me several times....and the location is awesome, my 10 years here and counting says it all! :-)
