The office staff is rude and unresponsive to complaints about noise from barking dogs and loud music throughout the day and into late hours of the night. There is trash piled at the dumpsters because they don't have it removed frequently enough. They charge water based on the usage of the entire building, not just your apartment. They disrupted package delivery during the coronavirus shut down and never came up with a workable solution resulting in many packages being returned to the sender. Our community waste containers are emptied three times weekly, but we do apologize for any excess litter you may have encountered. Recommended3.9 out of 5 stars. I would give higher bc I agree with the other reviews on amenities, etc. The problem is that the utilities are VERY high! We got charged ~$60 a MONTH for water/sewage/trash. Also watch when you move out they have this “concierge” service where they go ahead and cancel your gas and electric for you BUT they did it for a week AFTER my lease expired! I had to call the electric and gas companies directly to get the shut off dates changed. Beware if you’re not paying attention.
I've been living here for over an year, and so far it's been great. All my visitors are impressed when they walk in to the apartment. It's in a central location with lots of restaurants and major stores nearby - many within a 10 minute walk. Everything in the complex is new, hence clean. The apartments are very spacious, and there's plenty of parking close to the entrance of each building. So far there has been nothing about the complex that would make me consider moving elsewhere.
