By the time I contacted the dealer this vehicle was sold.l asked if they had another vehicle comparable. The answer was no. They did everything right.
Didn't purchase a vehicle there, but the sales team was very helpful and accommodating
Got back to us right away We just chose a different car.
While they seemed like the wanted to help, no one was on the same page a had a few staff tell me the car was still available then the manager said it had sold two days later got an email asking for me to come in a test drive it...no communication amongst their staff. The car was in fact sold off the lot while they were trying to sell it to me

Dealer was honest on the phone about a broken seat, but not about how hard the car had been used.
