Absolutely awful. The car ended up having a blown motor and I was yelled at by the 2 men working there and told I don't know what I'm talking about. Very unprofessional. They won't refund any of my $2000 down payment, and won't agree to reverse the financing.
You'd get better customer service talking to a legitimate brick wall than if you were to come to this business.
Dewayne is awesome! He was very helpful, thorough, and patient throughout the entire process and with answering all of my questions. You are in good hands working with him. He will make sure you are well taken care of before leaving the lot!
If I could give more stars I would. I have been looking for a car for months now, and I stumbled across one from here. Not only was it the cleanest car I test drove, but it had all the carfax and info printed out waiting on the seat for me to look at! When I first arrived DeWayne greeted me and my girlfriend at the door with a smiling face! He was patient and worked with me for over 2 hours to get the car I was wanting!
