I had a hair appointment with Kelly yesterday. Springfield had our first big snow and Kelly came in just for me. She shoveled the sidewalk and made sure I had a clear path from my parking space to the sidewalk. And, as always, she did a great job on my hair!

I didn’t get the color I asked for. I got a cape that only protected my sleeves and her chair not the front of my shirt pants or shoes. I’m covered in my own hair (I brought my child and it wasn’t her fault but this added to the stress the place isn’t friendly to moms that bring their kids along I know that isn’t the norm for plenty of salons but it’s worth noting) my face and ears got a nice smattering of the color for my hair that isn’t coming off (obviously it isn’t meant to but I would have preferred to not have so much ... read more

Kelly has cut my hair for a couple years now and I absolutely love going to her. She always makes you feel comfortable and make sure you have what you want. I 100% recommend her!

Kelly did a "nocut haircut" Brazilian hair treatment for me and the results are amazing.
