Was neat nice and did a wonderful job I would recommend him to any of my friends
Our heater stopped working and Tim was able to come out and help us get things working again quickly. Tim was very friendly and helpful every step along the way and made what seemed like a big deal feel like no hassle. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
So my heat went out called alot of people tim from 417 heating and air called back actually took time out and tho he didnt have part he actually got ahold of another gentlemen for me it was above and beyond that's how a business is done nit only do I think he is a good person but also runs a damn good business I very much recommend 417 heating and air,,and I failed to mention earlier in this review Gerald at stone parts in Springfield got out of his house in the cold and scrappy weather to drive to his store ( stone parts) o... read more
Tim installed our heat pump seven years ago and we've had no issues until just recently. He was able to come out the next day and get it back up and running. Fair and honest, definitely recommend!
