Tim has been courteous, respectful and very informative. He installed our new unit 3 years ago and just helped me with the sale of my home. I appreciate his extra effort in meeting my timeline..

I had to have my furnace and AC replaced and Tim at 417 Heating & Air did good work, in a timely fashion, and at a great price — I really appreciated the regular communication about what was being done and why, while also Tim taking the time to explain any options I might have along the way. Definitely would recommend checking with 417 Heating & Air before making any HVAC decisions.

At one of our commercial restaurants the ac wasn’t working on a Friday evening. I called 7 HVAC companies and Tim was the only one that answered. I explained what was going on, he told me his schedule for Saturday & Sunday and that he’d reach back out when he was freed up. He actually did follow up when free like promised. Still never heard back from the 6 other companies Sat, Sun, or even eod Monday. Will definitely use again in the future for issues at our stores in the Springfield area.
