What I ordered vs. what they delivered LOL The substitution policy that they keep referring to clearly states "we will maintain the integrity of the colour scheme", yet they insist there is nothing wrong with this bouquet. No effort, no accountability, just copy & paste responses. Anyone with common sense and a conscience can see that this is a drastically different substitution, not only in colour scheme but also in size, shape, and overall presentation. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company period. I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday. They made one attempt on the day they were ordered but didn’t know how to get into the building. I called the company the next day, on Sunday morning and they promised they would deliver that day- no calls, no delivery and had the disrespect to tell me they “did everything they could to deliver. If I want the flowers delivered I have to pay another delivery fee” and this is 48 hours later. No apology. And they s... read more
