If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT ORDER! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on the Sunday after Valentine’s Day. She did not receive them. So I emailed twice and then had to call them for them to tell me my delivery number was wrong, but they did not try to contact the buyer which was me, with correct email or phone number to let me know this. WISH I COULD GIVE YOU ZEROOOOO STARS Absolutely terrible experience with 416 Flowers. They claim they attempted delivery and even said they called, which is completely untrue. No one showed up, no call was received, and there was zero attempt made to deliver the flowers. Now they’re refusing to issue a refund despite failing to provide the service that was paid for. This feels incredibly dishonest and misleading. Save yourself the frustration and your money. DO NOT USE THEM.

Would give them zero stars if that was an option. Order 24 roses for Valentine’s Day with a vase and a gift card. Received 11 wet roses in a box. All thorns were still on the stems. They spray painted the leaves and stems so even handling the roses would result in getting your hands blue. Asked for a refund because it was clearly not what was ordered and was denied and offered a $50 store credit. I should have read these negative reviews before using this business. Flower delivery never gives an exact time of delivery but a phone call or knock on the door would be beneficial when DELIVERING flowers that were paid for before Valentine's Day. The flowers are pointless after the date and your lack of business sense is in need of repair. Stop taking people's money for no product. Shame on you.
