My experience with the admin staff has been rocky. The 5 stars is for the medical team here. The only hygienist I've had is Karen and I stuck with her from the beginning because of how amazing she is. She takes the time to recall my history, makes the experience very personable and sincere, is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I'm always happy with my teeth cleaning after. Frustrating experience—beware of unauthorized charges and aggressive upselling I had a deeply unprofessional experience at this office in the mid of April 2026. From the start, there was a persistent push to provide my insurance information and undergo a full dental exam, despite me repeatedly and clearly stating that I only wanted a teeth cleaning without any additional services.
