Recommended415 flats has been the best place I have ever stayed at in Rexburg hands down. First off it's brand new so you cant beat that. The management is phenomenal. Every question i had was always answered, the ladies i worked with were so kind. Check out was so easy, and i even transfered my contract over to another couple. I had apartment 312 and my husband and i hardly had to use AC. Our bills were so minimal (besides rent). The washer/dryer was awesome! The location i thought was great, and if you are LDS the ward was great too.... read more

415 Flats is a great place to live, especially for newly married couples. It's furnished, which makes things less stressful. I was sure glad we didn't have to purchase furniture right away. The location is awesome, and management is awesome. 100% recommended.
415 Flats is a beautiful apartment! It's modern and clean, I feel more comfortable in this apartment than any other complex in Rexburg. Management is nice and all of the residents are friendly!
I love living here more than anywhere else in Rexburg!! Amazing facilities, fully furnished. I only wish it was a bit more cheap by at least $100 and utilities were included, but even with the current price, we are happy to live here!

I took a tour with my friends and absolutely loved it! So beautiful!
We’ve loved living here! Management is easy to work with, and maintenance requests were taken care of very fast.
