Very disappointed after hearing great things. I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed. I called 30 minute prior to my appointment (that had been confirmed 24 hours ago via text) to share insurance (that I already shared upon scheduling) to find out they canceled my appointment and gave the slot to a different patient. Canceling a confirmed appointment day of without contacting a patient is unacceptable.
Everything you could want from your dentist’s office- friendly receptionists, knowledgeable and gentle staff, and a dentist who actually takes pride in his work and wants the best possible outcome for his patient. I appreciate Dr. Ruiz so much for his professionalism and dedication to doing a top notch job each and every time. We’re very happy to have found 414 dental!
