RecommendedI had a issue with the noise come up in my front end , and the mechanic I normally use was unavailable. as per suggestion of a friend , I went to 413 auto repair. Without hesitation Mike said I’ll check it out and will get it to you before the end of the day and let you know that you’re roadworthy, and when I came back reassured me everything was good. I will definitely be using them again in the future for any repairs
To say these guys are straight up is true. They certainly are more honest and affordable than the last 2 mechanics I went to! They also do good work. These guys changed all the rear linkage on my Nissan Pathfinder, replaced the springs, replaced the shocks, did an oil change and even welded a broken bracket for $757 .... Awesome I was even told you don’t need work my last mechanic said I did. If you need a good mechanic who does good work and is a decent person .... Give These Guys a Try!
In 2016, I had suspension work done on 2001 Accord Ex (118,000 miles overall very good condition) The work was sloppy [or] something went wrong during repair and now I have loud vibrations running through dash and steering wheel( to this day). There was zero accountability on Mike's part even after I contacted BBB (they have no real power) he could not even admit for one minute something was wrong. I feel that just because my car yes, is old still had the right to a correct repair.
My kids car needed major engine repair. He gave us different options with prices for each. Fix the engine or a used engine for $1500 less with a solid warranty. Great guy. Honest. Reasonable.
There service is unsurpassed! Always fair and will lay your options out and keep you in the loop the whole way. Nothing but a painless experience always with 413! I drive an hour from CT to bring my cars to 413, that's how good they are! 100% recommended to anyone.
They did a ton of work on my Jeep and I couldn't be happier on how it came out. They were open and honest and got the job done right and for a very fair price. I would highly recommend 413 Auto.
Heard good things about this place on tdiclub. Had an aluminum skidplate installed faster than I'd expected, while answering my unrelated maintenance questions.
