412Living has been the worst rental company I’ve ever used. They started by sending threatening emails demanding that we vacate the property two weeks before the lease ran. They threatened us with numerous fees and charges including an almost $10k bill for carpet that was of the cheapest quality and was already stained and damaged upon move in. I was asked to pay a security deposit to see the lease and when I got the lease they had unrealistic expectations for insurance to be held by the tenant beyond typical renter’s insurance. I told them I would not be signing the lease and that I wanted my security deposit refunded as a result and they kept my money without my agreement to a non refundable security deposit. Do not rent from this company unless you want to have almost a grand stolen from you. They are highly unprofessional and are essentially scam artists.
