Overall 412 Lofts does the trick on providing a fine apartment to live in close to UofM campus. I would say management could be improved, they are not always the most helpful. I think part of this problem is the fact they seem to be understaffed. Maintenance guys are really nice though and try to help as much as possible, might only know this though because our apartment has had a ton of maintenance issues.
