The most miserable place I've ever set foot in. I asked multiple times the water damage be repaired (ongoing since I moved in). The management doesn't want to correctly handle repairs instead hiring sketchy third-party vendors who use stolen Target shopping carts to cart their tools around or vendors who require a contract be signed releasing them of any responsibility for damages OR theft (Redi Carpet specifically has reviews calling them out FOR theft).
