Anita always takes excellent care of my family. My wife and I are very active in Kettlebell Sport and our son is a gymnast. No matter how we exercise, there's always potential overuse injuries and different things our body copes with that can become injuries or impingements if we don't tend to it with regular therapies. Exercise is good for us yes, but it also causes some damage over the long haul if we don't regularly tend to it. THANK YOU Anita for helping us manage our bodies so we stay in peak condition.

Great 3rd visit today. Feeling better. The technique is really good for my problem. Tight hip flexors and other issues due to severe arthritis .
Dr. Anita is great! She has been helping me with chronic neck and headache issues. She is very flexible with scheduling and is wonderful working around my kiddos when they are in tow. No complaints here!
Dr. Anita is absolutely wonderful to work with and fits me in when I have emergency injuries. Highly recommend a visit to have her work her Active Release miracles on you. She's helped me heal from broken bones to torn hamstrings. Plus she is so generous in giving back to our community �
