The best hotel stay we have ever had!! I know plenty of reviews talk about broken elevators (it was one of the two and they were actively fixing it!) also it didn't really seem to affect people getting to their rooms. The staff was awesome!! Our room clean and awesome!! And i love how pet friendly this hotel is!! And there is so much to do within walking distance!! Highly recommend this hotel!!
Hi guys. Tim - thank you - great time. Wedding was perfect. The elevator and ice machine situation was the biggest thing. But, the staff were wonderful as 501 kept me awake until 2:30 am on 8/1. They owe all of you an apology. I met the groom and told him those young men had the filthiest mouths I have ever heard. And I’m no wall flower. That said. Great beds. Great views. Great staff. Thanks.
Hotel was EXTREMELY dirty! Unfortunately because I was rushing around to get ready for a wedding, I wasn't able to grab images. Dirty floors in lobby, elevator space, below the bathroom sink, etc. The face towel still had dirt/makeup stains on it from not being washed well enough. Mildew and mold on the insides of the sinks, stains on the shower curtains. Honestly just gross and needs updated.
