We don't usually write reviews on a company, when we make one it's because of an exceptional service to help that person or a company on their business. At first 407 Restoration they came here on time and very professional, they put up the tarp on our roof and they were done quick. As months go by the tarps needed to be taken out, they came here as scheduled and took out the tarp but they left something behind, the people who came here said "they will come back to take out everything because they don't have the tools". Very helpful from beginning to end. I had roof damage due to the hurricane Ian. The ladies were helpful and knowledgeable. The crew that came out walked me through the process of water damage from roof, floor, and bathroom.
