I’m sharing this review because a client that I represented was unable to be considered for a property that 407 Property Management had listed, however, more importantly, that they never responded to let the client know that others were ahead of them, or that they were not even being considered for over a week. Shady listing practices and deceptive prices. Stay away
What a horrible company. I’m having issues with their tenant next door to me. The HOA has sent violation letter and nothing has been corrected. So I call them to speak with the property manager to tell them what’s going on with the property and hopefully get this resolved without get lawyers involved. But I was told by the secretary that I have to email my issues because it’s against company policy to give out phone numbers / extensions.
