Broken sewer lines under basement apartment, earthworms in toilet, bathtub does not drain. Front bedroom carpet, brown thatched in color, saturated numerous times with some type of fluid, carpet not dried properly shrank and pulled from wall. This unit passed all inspections for a subsidized housing unit. Any requested repairs were accomplished in a timely manner and per the timelines established by subsidized housing, with whom we have a great history. The lease was renegotiated when the tenant requested utilities be included in the rent. Tenants are always encouraged to pay their own utilities unless they're unable to do so. Tenant toured the unit before signing the lease. She documented everything she was dissatisfied with on the Property Condition Report. The... read more
