Staff at Optum / The Everett Clinic consistently cannot write prescriptions correctly, send refill requests to the wrong place where no one will see them and nothing will get done. I have missed doses of my inflammatory bowel disease medication multiple times because of their mistakes. It's not even a controlled substance.
