After living here for a few years, i’d like to share my thoughts. While we have enjoyed our time at 401, it’s frustrating to see management and staff—except for maintenance, who are consistently reliable and are truly one of the greatest strengths here. They are truly amazing, hardworking, and thoughtful guys—engaging in practices that often frustrate tenants. This is a significant reason we will probably not be renewing our lease again.
