We moved to Melograno on May 1st of this year. We transferred to Texas from Virginia and we had numerous concerns about apartment living. We have a very loud energetic 7 year old son and a rather large mixed breed dog. The ladies at Melograno have made ALL of us feel welcomed. The dog wasn't an issue, my son has a wonderful pool area to play in and a safe neighborhood to walk with his dog. All the neighbors have been very welcoming and friendly.
