My son started a class and when we walked in I was instantly greeted and welcomed. The trainer (Kyle) came up to me and introduced himself as well. I was explained the whole process and given a tour of the gym. It went way beyond just a work out gym or program. The level of comfort I felt immediately is such a welcome change to other businesses. Even my child after a workout his first words were “that was awesome”. Will be recommending to anyone I know!

I cannot say enough about Coach Emerson and the knowledge the coaching staff has to help out student athletes. After one season my son made so much improvement in his physical training and his confidence!

After years of remote (zoom) workouts, I’d been looking for a proper gym, especially for fun group fitness classes. 401 has been perfect! Varied formats, numerous new movements, and a fun a light-hearted environment. One hesitation I had with 401 was the “no shoes” policy, but I’ve actually really enjoyed this. The gym is super clean, and I think my feet actually feel better this way. Super convenient location for Edgewood folks like me. You can get 2 classes for free to try things out!
